the room had a balcony with great views.. i had chosen the premium plaza views room and it was totally worth it! the location is unbeatable, steps away from everything.
the noise isolation was not ideal. i could definitely hear sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

i liked the staff, they were helpful. the room was clean when i arrived and the cleaning service maintained it well . i found the location to be great with many dining options nearby.
I found the soundproofing poor. I could hear noises from both inside and outside the hotel. the shower head had rust, not pleasant. there were limited tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which i found inconvenient.
